The Intelligent Substation AC Power Supply System is a smart dual-power-switching system independently developed and manufactured by Entropy Technology to meet the requirements of unmanned substations. This product features high breaking capacity, flexible circuit configurations, easy integration, strong practicality, innovative design, and high protection ratings, fully satisfying the demands of unmanned substation operations. It serves as an upgrade solution for low-voltage switchgear systems and complies with standards such as IEC 439 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment" and GB 725 "Low-voltage Switchgear".
Primarily designed to provide AC uninterruptible power supply for various equipment in critical applications such as power plants and substations, including partial automation systems, signaling devices, communication systems, remote control execution systems, and emergency lighting systems.
- The cabinet adopts a standard modular design, with its frame fabricated by welding 8MF cold-formed steel sections. Both the structural components and specialized accessories are supplied by designated steel manufacturers to ensure precise construction and superior quality.
- Comprehensive status monitoring: Truly enables visualized observation of operational conditions across all components in the AC power supply system.
- The design fully addresses heat dissipation during cabinet operation, featuring varying numbers of cooling fins at both the top and bottom ends. When electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, it is discharged through the upper fins, while cold air continuously enters via the lower fins, creating a natural ventilation path from bottom to top within the sealed cabinet to achieve effective heat dissipation.
- Modularized power supply unit: The switch unit consists of a feeder circuit breaker, leakage current transformer (CT), signal lights, data acquisition board, and drawer-type structure, enabling replacement of the switch unit without power interruption.
- The cabinet door is connected to the frame via a pivot hinge, facilitating easy installation and removal. A mountain-shaped rubber strip is installed along the folded edge of the door; during closure, this strip undergoes a compressive stroke between the door and the frame, preventing direct impact between the door and the cabinet body while enhancing the door's protective rating.
